Last week, I was in Rio de Janeiro for the Futurecom 2012 telecommunications conference. I worked with others from my company to present our products to customers in South America. Rio was a beautiful place to visit and this visit brought back memories from 2004 when I was last in Brazil for a prior Furturecom conference.
